Mirror’s Edge is a first person platformer game with shooting and puzzle elements. The player controls Faith, a “runner.” Runners traverse the rooftops and streets of a city to deliver packages. In the game, the player delivers one package in the prologue and then becomes embroiled in a plot that does not involve delivering packages. Faith must navigate through the city by jumping, climbing, running, riding in elevators, and engaging in other acrobatic maneuvers while also encountering enemies, helicopters, and enemy helicopters.

Audiosurf Review

In Audiosurf the player controls a ship that progresses down a track with three lanes. The player’s goal is to match colored blocks in order to score points. The length of the track, its curvature, the speed of the ship, and the placement of the blocks are determined by the  audio track the player chooses. Choosing songs of different genres, tempos, and lengths provides different tracks of varying intensity and difficulty.

Jaden undertakes a variety of missions, learns a lesson about the value of friendship, and kills multiple enemies.
