The enemies are armed with swords and shields and are not wearing any shirts. Their heads are Granny Smith apples. There is grass on the ground and a mountain in the distance.

Probably Archery is a game in which the player controls the shoulders, elbows, and wrists of each arm in order to eponymously probably engage in the eponymous archery. The player can manipulate the arms and hands in order to aim the bow and fire arrows at targets that vary based on the game mode. Probably Archery includes Oculus Rift support, Razer Hydra support, and an additional multiplayer game, Zombie Soccer.

Probably Archery includes eight single player game modes, two multiplayer game modes, eight different colors to choose from to illustrate the trail of the player’s arrows, five skin colors, five character heads, including a carton of popcorn and a balloon, three arm models, Zombie Soccer, and seventeen achievements.

The direction the player’s arrow flies in Probably Archery is determined by the facing of the player’s left shoulder, elbow, and wrist, by the angle and facing of the nocked arrow (which itself depends on the location of the player’s right shoulder, elbow, and wrist when the arrow is nocked), and by the distance which the player has drawn the bowstring. The player has unlimited arrows that they can fire. Game modes include one where the player fires arrows at targets, one where the player attempts to shoot a noose before someone is hung to death, one where the player fends off waves of attackers, and one where the player fires arrows at flying eggs while attempting to keep the eggs and their arrows from destroying dinnerware.

The graphics in Probably Archery are in a realistic style, with the exception of the objects depicted, which include muscular shirtless men with apples for heads, targets floating in space, and flying eggs. The sounds in Probably Archery include the sounds arrows make when flying through the air and the sound the bow’s arrow makes when drawn back. The music in Probably Archery includes the William Tell Overture in the mode where the player must shoot an apple off the head of a person who has a larger apple for a head.

In some modes of Probably Archery the player can lose when a timer reaches zero or an enemy reaches the player. To restart the mission the player must choose the “restart” option and then choose the “skip introduction” option if they wish to skip the opening cutscene. The multiplayer game modes require multiple players to play.

This is a score for an objective game review. The score is an 8 out of 10.

Editor’s Note: This is an objective review of Probably Archery only. As noted above, Zombie Soccer is included with Probably Archery, but it has not been reviewed here.
